Free copies to all attendees as well as the 1,000+ organizations whose listings are included. Available at the Maryland Heights Centre on Tuesday, September 30, 2008, the event will be open to the public from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm and organizations can pick up their copies from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Sponsorship, exhibitor booths, live entertainment (including Elvis!), health screenings and more offer a terrific marketing opportunity as well .
